A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Jessica has made Chattanooga her home since 2015. After a successful nine-year career in retail management with Gap, Inc., she transitioned to the real estate industry in 2012, excelling in administrative roles, becoming an agent, and eventually rising to Market Center Leadership.

Currently, Jessica serves as the Director of Technology at KW Greater Downtown Chattanooga and holds the role of Director of Sales for three Teamerage programs. Since 2020, she's been a LABS Advisor, assisting KWRI in testing and refining new technology. In 2021, she was recognized with the Technology Trainer of the Year award for the KW Southeast Region, and she was a panelist at the 2023 Family Reunion.

Beyond her professional life, Jessica is a devoted mother of two teenage boys, keeping her life busy and exciting. When she's not working, she seeks solace at the beach, a place she holds dear and considers a true haven.
